18 months to 29 months- $1200

30 months to 5 years-$1100

Annual $50 registration fee

These prices are based on a monthly rate and need to be paid at the beginning of each month.

We do accept DSHS

Hours

Monday- 7:30 am- 5:30 pm

Tuesday- 7:30 am- 5:30 pm

Wednesday- 7:30 am- 5:30 pm

Thursday- 7:30 am- 5:30 pm

Friday- 7:30 am-5:30 pm

Closed Saturday, Sunday, & all major holidays.
